Method (a)
See Also :

1) Shut Down Your Computer. Remove Power cable from SMPS(CPU).
3) Find the 3 Pin Jumper (most of the times) near CMOS Battery and switch the jumper. Switching Jumper means if the jumper is normally on position 1-2, you have to put it on position 2-3 or vice versa.
4) Now Plug in your power cable and switch on your computer for few seconds.
5) Now Remove power cable again. Put the jumper to its original position and enjoy becasue your bios password is flashed.
Note : (i) This jumper is not always located near to the cmos battery, but could be anywhere on the motherboard. To know the exact location of the jumper plz refer motherboard manuals.
(ii) After reset the BIOS it may enter the bios settings again.

Method (b)

(1) Remove the Power Cable from SMPS.
(2) Find the CMOS Battery. Remove it from the Motherboard for 15-20 Mins and Fix it again.
